In today's dynamic digital landscape, Our boutique public relations and marketing agency was born from a unique project that sparked our passion ​for creating experiences that drive revenue. While working in hospitality, I helped launch a Game of Thrones-​inspired suite experience, which was featured in news outlets such as NBC, The Observer and Forbes. This ​project combined creative marketing, public relations, and revenue management, achieving both media ​attention and significant financial success.

  • CEO & Creative Director

    During his 20 year hotel career, Calvin has amassed a diverse skill set in revenue management and hotel operations ​spanning multiple brands and markets. These diverse experiences are the foundation of Calvin’s Instagram page, ​Revparblems, where he creates humorous memes about working in the hospitality industry. Calvin has been named ​one of the Top 15 Social Media Influencers in Hospitality and one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Travel by ​the International Hospitality Institute. Calvin currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and his dog Chip.

  • Project Manager

    Fiona is graduate of Cornell University’s esteemed Hotel Administration program with over a decade of experience in the industry. With experience in F&B, Revenue Management & Data Integration, Fiona’s diverse experience shines through in managing our different teams. While she’s not supporting the crew, she is eating her way through Europe and Asia with her 35L Cotopaxi backpack.

  • Content Strategist

    Olive is excited to join the RevPar Media team as a Content Strategist. She brings a decade of experience in visual marketing and brand storytelling. Olive grew up in Fort Collins, CO, and earned her Master’s in Psychology from The New School in New York City. She enjoys creating content that bridges small-town charm with luxury and urban experiences. With the evolving landscape of content creation, she leverages her background in psychology and AI ethics to craft thoughtful, human-centered content. Olive also works in the AI space, focusing on innovations in content strategy and digital storytelling.

    She is thrilled to be working with NYC properties on content strategy—her favorite city—and can’t wait to bring its stories to life. Olive’s NYC highlights include participating in NYFW since 2018, performing as a dancer in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, and befriending Scottie the cat on 37th Street.

  • With hands-on experience across more than 50 U.S. and international markets , managing Marriott, Hilton, and IHG hotels alongside independent and soft-branded properties, Mallory Patorno, CHDM brings a rare combination of brand-side depth and independent market agility to RevPar Media. Her expertise in hotel digital marketing and hotel commercial strategy consulting covers the full property lifecycle, from pre-opening ramp to stabilized performance optimization, across select-service, full-service, and all-inclusive resort verticals. In 2025 alone, her strategies generated more than $8.5 million in directly attributable revenue for the hotels she supported. Mallory also brings meaningful startup experience to her practice, a perspective that sharpens her instinct for scaling revenue in competitive, resource-constrained environments.

  • Account Strategist

    Paulina grew up in Tepatitlán, a small city in Mexico, and earned her degree in International Business from the University of Guadalajara. Curious about how industries connect, she moved to Canada to expand her perspective and pursue a diploma in Digital Marketing.

    Fluent in English and Spanish; having strengthened her English through both formal education and her own dedication to music and film, she is driven by curiosity, collaboration, and a commitment to helping brands grow with intention and clarity. 

  • Account Strategist 

    Rachel has spent 12+ years in hospitality and brings that experience to the Revpar Media team. She started in the San Francisco Bay Area as a sales coordinator for eight hotels, quickly moving up to SMERF Group Manager and then Director of Sales. Her career took her to Bellevue, WA to open her first hotel, then back to the Bay Area as opening Director of Sales & Marketing at Hyatt House San Jose/Cupertino. During the pandemic, Rachel shifted into digital marketing with Prism Hotels & Resorts, overseeing digital strategy and social media while continuing in a dual DOSM role. She joined Hyatt’s Field Marketing team in December 2022.

    Outside of work, Rachel’s world revolves around her two boys, Andrew (6) and Theodore (3), her husband, Cameron, and their dog. Recently relocated to Colorado Springs from California, the family is settling into life in the snow. Rachel also enjoys cooking shows, family walks, and historical fiction novels.

  • Visual Designer

    Alana Kumar is a multi hyphenate creative with a passion for creating beautiful things.

    Alana earned her Bachelors of Visual Arts from the competitive University of Victoria. She has worked as a professional photographer, videographer, and graphic designer for over a decade, working on countless luxury brand designs, photoshoots, and visual projects with high-end clients.
