Identify and prospect new hotel, resort, and hospitality brand opportunities
Build and manage relationships with owners, operators, and marketing decision-makers

$18–$20/hour
We’re hiring a Junior Content Strategist to help build and scale a content engine across social, email, blog, and podcast.
This is not a “post and schedule” role. You’ll be expected to think about why content works—and how it drives business outcomes.
What You’ll Own
Instagram: Hotel storytelling + creator-style content
LinkedIn: Strategic, insight-driven content for a C-level audience
Weekly outputs: Email newsletter + blog post
Podcast ecosystem: Coordinate promotion and repurpose episodes into multi-channel content
What You’re Actually Doing Day-to-Day
Writing high-quality, platform-native content (not generic captions)
Turning one idea into 5–10 pieces of content across channels
Supporting content calendars and execution
Working closely with strategy and leadership messaging
Identifying what’s working—and doubling down on it
What We’re Looking For
Strong writer who can shift between casual (IG) and sharp (LinkedIn)
Early experience in content, marketing, or media (or standout portfolio)
Someone who understands content as a growth lever—not just output
High ownership and reliability
Nice Edge
Hospitality, travel, or hotel interest
Experience with content repurposing or personal brands
Awareness of what performs on LinkedIn right now
Why This Role
You’ll get hands-on experience building a real content system tied to business outcomes—not just vanity metrics.
To apply, include 2–3 examples of content you’ve written (LinkedIn posts, captions, blogs, etc.)
