New Heights We Reached in 2025
What an extraordinary year 2025 has been! Reflecting on the past twelve months fills us with immense pride and gratitude. Our journey has taken us from the vibrant energy of Las Vegas to the historic charm of New Orleans to the bright lights of New York City. At every stop, our mission remains the same: to create meaningful connections and measurable impact for our clients in the hospitality industry.

Where We Landed:
No more Zooms! We believe in the power of face-to-face connection, and we made it a priority to be on the ground as much as possible this year.
Even if that face-to-face connection was with a robot!
While at HITEC, Calvin asked Nylo, the humanoid robot, “What time is check-in and check-out?” He responded in English and Spanish. But in either language, you have to be out by 10 AM!
We attended 10+ industry conferences, including Boutique Boutique & Luxury Lodging Association’s Investment Conference, where we connected with several event sponsors and industry thought leaders.
The Flock’s Adventures:
To continue creating creative content, we have to stay inspired, which is why the team went on a trip to Las Vegas! We rolled up our sleeves and learned how to make the perfect cocktail in our private mixology class. Then, we enjoyed some of the best food in town on our culinary tour around Sin City.
How many calories did we consume, you ask? What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas! Hello?
