BLLA Conference 2025 Recap: ExclusiveHighlights

RevPar Media made waves this year at the Boutique Boutique & Luxury Lodging Association’s Investment Conference in New York City by connecting with CEOs and sponsors. The energy was electric--here are some standout moments that inspired us:

RevPar Media Is A Proud BLLA Sponsor

As the official manager of BLLA's social media, we had the honor of sponsoring a paneltitled "Emerging Markets and Opportunities," where we heard valuable insights from:

Hubert Worrell - Chief Financial Officer of Castlerock Asset Management.

Keith Evans - Founder, CEO of LHC Group and

Irina Zavina-Tare, - Co-Founder, Highridge Search

Since taking over their LinkedIn account, our tailored content strategy has increased their engagement by over 43,000 and gained more than 500 followers in the past month, boosting the Investment Conference's visibility. This exciting surge in growth expanded the reach of BLLA's groundbreaking conference discussions, like the one you’ll see below.

Key Panel Takeaways:

When discussing wellness trends in hospitality marketing, Hubert Worrell emphasized, "If our team doesn't want to be there–how are we going to convince anyone else they should want to be there?"

"Wellness isn't a fad... As hospitality providers, our role is to create spaces where people can pursue that for themselves. It's not something you can force-feed."

When you prioritize quality, you don't just meet expectations—you create unforgettable experiences that foster trust and keep guests coming back. These were a few of many insightful takeaways from the BLLA Investment Conference. If this type of content excites you, visit the BLLA Events LinkedIn page to see more conference recaps.

Reinventing Hospitality: Looking Toward the Future

In addition to the outstanding panels we attended, Allen English had the pleasure of connecting with several event sponsors, including senior strategist Abhi Patil, Ph.D., and Alex Levin, the CEO and co-founder of Regal.ai. While at the event, Abhi demoed the Apple Vision Pro, creating a hyper-personalized experience for hotel guests. This new technology will offer guests an immersive tour experience of hotels and streamline the check-in process.

English also spoke with S. Lovely Parker, the Executive Director of the Black Hotelier and Investor Association. Parker is dedicated to advancing Black representation in hotel ownership and investment. She is breaking down barriers to create more equitable opportunities in the hospitality and real estate sectors.

The hospitality industry is undergoing a transformative evolution driven by technological innovation and growing diversity, which creates more opportunities for entrepreneurs and forward-thinking professionals.
